The authors report a prospective study of suspension for male stress urinary incontinence. A total of 21 patients underwent this procedure, including 18 patients undergoing radical prostatectomy, 2 patients undergoing transurethral resection of the prostate, and 1 patient with sphincter involvement secondary to meningocele. Age 32 to 80 years old, average 6 7 years old. Are limited by the amount of drug treatment and pelvic floor muscle exercise is invalid. 6 cases by collagen injection, 2 cases
