甘蓝型油菜萝卜细胞质雄性不育系(简称萝卜质不育系)的主要问题是油菜中缺乏恢复基因,低温下油菜核控制的萝卜叶绿体退色。Pelletter等(1983)通过原生质体融合从该细胞质中除去萝卜叶绿体,得到了正常绿色的雄性不育系。本研究试图使萝卜和油菜间产生杂交重组,解决上述两大问题。
The main problem of the Brassica napus radish cytoplasmic male sterility line (referred to as radish CMS) is the lack of recovery genes in rapeseed, chloroplast fading of radish nucleus controlled by rapeseed at low temperature. Pelletter et al. (1983) removed the radish chloroplast from the cytoplasm by protoplast fusion and obtained a normal green male sterile line. This study attempts to make radish and rapeseed hybrid recombination, to solve these two problems.
