采用ICPS研究了四大南药之一的巴戟天不同器官及土壤中重金属镉的含量,回收率和相对平均偏差分别为93.50%和2.998%,结果表明:镉在巴戟天不同器官内分布为根2.0680mg/kg、茎0.4809mg/kg、叶0.2572mg/kg、花0.2924mg/kg、果实0.3049mg/kg,土壤表、中、深层镉含量分别为3.3162、3.4367、2.3402mg/kg,由土壤和巴戟天不同器官镉的含量可以看出,镉含量关系为土壤>根>茎>果实>花>叶,说明巴戟天的根和茎对镉有一定的累积效应,但土壤中镉含量对花、叶、果实影响不明显。
