1991年5月11～14日,国家物价局物价研究所和《中国物价》编辑部邀请部分城市物价局局长、价格研究所所长及部分大中型企业的代表,在云南省昆明市进行座谈,代表们就我国12年价格改革及当前物价形势等问题展开了讨论。现将与会代表的意见归纳如下: 一、12年价格改革问题 (一) 价格改革过程的简要回顾从1979年至今,我国的价格改革已经历了12个年头,究竟如何看待和划分这一改革历程,与会代表普遍认为,应当把价格改革放到整个经济改革过程中去考察,用历史的、发展的、实事求是的态度进行
From May 11 to May 14, 1991, the National Price Research Institute of the China Price Bureau and the editorial department of “China Price” invited representatives of the Director of the Price Bureau of some cities, the Director of the Price Institute, and representatives of some large and medium-sized enterprises to hold discussions in Kunming, Yunnan Province. Delegates discussed the 12-year price reform and the current price situation in China. The views of the participating delegates are summarised as follows: 1. Price reforms in 12 years (1) A brief review of the price reform process Since 1979, our country’s price reforms have gone through 12 years. How do we view and classify this reform process? Participants generally agreed that price reforms should be examined during the entire economic reform process, with historical, developmental, and realistic attitudes.
