“探究”指“深入探讨,反复研究”。在英语阅读教学中提倡探究式学习,就是要转变以往以教师教授为主的教学方式,让学生从被动的、大量反复操练的学习方式中脱离出来,主动参与到英语阅读活动中,在情境的指导下,与同伴合作分析问题,在教师的指导和点拨下了解材料的内容,体会内涵。就高中英语阅读而言,以“讲”的方式带领学生读材料,告知学生内容和内涵,对语法知识点反复操练,的确能提高学生的应试能力,但对学生的提问能力、合作能力培养不足。
