我们是从1988年开始抓企业升级工作的。两年多来,经济指标、经营管理水平、干部职工的精神面貌和业务素质普遍提高。一、我们的基本做法—“四抓”1.抓组织落实是搞好企业升级工作的基本保证。我们建立了以经理、书记为组长的企业升级领导小组,下设办公室。公司经理、书记对企业升级工作全面负责,中层干部对部门负责,职工对自己岗位负责。使企业升级工作层层有人抓、事事有人管,形成了全方位抓企业升级的局面。
