食物短缺是社会贫困问题的重要体现,也是反贫困研究的重要议题。近年来,食物银行的实践引起了社会的广泛关注,然而国内有关食物银行的研究却相对较少,而基于反贫困视域对食物银行发展的比较研究更是鲜见。对此,本文选择了加拿大和香港这两个分别信奉食物权利与食物慈善的典型国家和地区作为研究对象,并基于其社会民主主义与自由主义两种不同的意识形态,对其食物银行的产生、发展和运行机制进行了详细梳理和比较,以期为当下正在实施精准扶贫战略中的我国发展食物银行提供有价值的参考。
Food shortage is an important manifestation of social poverty, but also an important issue of anti-poverty research. In recent years, the practice of food bank has aroused widespread concern in the society. However, there are relatively few studies on food banks in China, and the comparative study on the development of food banks based on anti-poverty is rare. In this regard, this article chooses Canada and Hong Kong as the research subjects, which are two typical countries and regions that believe in food rights and food charities respectively. Based on the two different ideologies of social democracy and liberalism, this article analyzes the production of food banks , Development and operation mechanism in order to provide a valuable reference for the development of China’s food bank in implementing the precise poverty alleviation strategy.
