本文就目前已知的氨基酸神经递质和与其作用有关的药物,做一简要介绍。 1921年,Loewi首先在离体蛙心灌流实验中,证明了当迷走神经兴奋时有化学物质(逆质)释放,后来证实该物质是乙酰胆碱。通过半个多世纪的研究,目前公认的神经递质有:乙酰胆碱(ACh)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)、多巴胺(DA)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)、组胺(HA)和氨基酸等。递质与神经有关,但不是所有与神经有关的物质都称为递质。做为一个递质的神经化学物质,一般认为应符合下述标准:1.该物质必须
