三语学校是印尼华人社会兴办的全日制正规学校,是新生事物,具有社会政治意义。本文通过回顾印尼的华文教育史,认为:华人办学只有遵循政府的相关政策,把华文教育融入印尼国民教育体系,方可得到社会的认同并在政治上得到“长治久安”;文章通过办学实践、考察交流、会议记录、问卷调查等方式发现了三语学校在管理方面存在的问题和困难,并提出了改进的建议,认为三语学校必须做到标准化、专业化、正规化方可发展壮大。最后预估三语学校将会有更大的发展。
The three-language school is a full-time regular school established by the Chinese community in Indonesia. It is a new-born school and has social and political significance. By reviewing the history of Chinese education in Indonesia, the author believes that Chinese education can only be recognized by the society and get “long-term peace and stability” only by following the government’s relevant policies and integrating Chinese education into the Indonesian national education system. , Inspection and exchange, meeting records, questionnaires and other means found in the management of the three language schools problems and difficulties, and put forward suggestions for improvement, that the three language schools must be standardized, professional, can be formalized to grow and develop . The final estimate of the three language schools will have greater development.
