针对目前靶场舰载武器系统试验的扬声指挥系统的信息传递不及时和不全面等问题,充分利用靶场现有资源,提出了建立信息化指挥管理系统的设计方案。在该设计中,首先录取被试武器系统和靶场测控网数据,然后采用视频仿真、电子海图及表页显示等方式,弥补各个设备的探测区域空白,进而实现实时的试验信息综合显示,最后将其分发到所需的各个岗位,实现试验指挥信息化。通过对该系统的结构与功能,以及各部分关键实现技术的分析,表明了该方案的合理性和可实施性。
In view of the problems such as not timely and incomplete information transmission of the speaker command system of the shipborne weapon system test in the shooting range at present, the existing resources of the shooting range are fully utilized and the design scheme of establishing the informational command and management system is put forward. In this design, firstly, the data of the tested weapon system and the measurement and control network of the shooting range are taken, and then the blank of the detection area of each device is compensated by means of video simulation, electronic chart and page display, so as to realize the real-time comprehensive display of experimental information. Finally, Distribute it to all the jobs required to achieve the experimental command of information. Through the structure and function of the system, as well as the analysis of the key implementation technologies in each part, the rationality and feasibility of the scheme are demonstrated.
