本文采用微观与宏观相结合的断口分析方法,观察研究了聚碳酸酯(PC)在拉伸断裂过程中,存留在断面上的由裂到断的信息。分析讨论了在不同拉伸阶段PC断裂的机制。实验采用的聚碳酸酯材质为西德拜尔公司光气化法生产的双酚A型PC和清华大学原化工系聚碳酸酯车间光气化法生产的双酚A型PC。力学试件有矩形截面和圆形截面两种。在室温和10mm/min拉伸速率下将试件拉断,制取断口观察试样。
In this paper, fracture and fracture analysis method combined with microscopic and macroscopic observation was used to study the fracture-break information of polycarbonate (PC) retained in the fracture during the tensile fracture. The mechanism of PC rupture at different stretching stages is discussed and discussed. The polycarbonate used in the experiment was bisphenol A PC produced by phydrogenation of bisphenol A by PCC and bisphenol A PC produced by phosgenation of former chemical engineering polycarbonate workshop of Tsinghua University. Mechanical specimen has a rectangular cross-section and circular cross-section of two. The specimen was pulled off at a room temperature and a tensile rate of 10 mm / min to prepare a fracture observation specimen.
