目的,观察肝泰Ⅷ号丸抗鸭乙型肝炎病毒(DHBV)的作用。方法:选1日龄樱桃谷鸭,人工感染DHBV后,分设正常对照组、肝泰Ⅷ号丸大、中、小3个剂量组,阿昔洛韦治疗组和模型对照组,连续2周每天给药。各组动物均分别在感染后第7天、用药后14天和停药后第3天,静脉取血,分离血清,作鸭血清斑点杂交,以杂交斑点OD值作为DHBV-DNA水平值。实验结束时取新鲜肝组织左叶作病理切片光镜观察。结果:肝泰Ⅷ号丸各剂量组均有不同程度押制DHBV-DNA的作用,尤以大剂量组明显,且无明显肝毒性作用。结论:肝泰Ⅷ号丸具有抗鸭乙肝病毒的作用,有剂量反应关系;肝泰Ⅶ号丸对肝脏无明显毒性作用。
Objective To observe the effect of Gantai No. VIII pills against duck hepatitis B virus (DHBV). METHODS: One-day-old cherry valley ducks were artificially infected with DHBV and divided into normal control group, Gantai VIII pill group, large, medium and small dose group, acyclovir treatment group and model control group, and were given daily for 2 weeks. medicine. Animals in each group were venously collected on the 7th day after infection, 14 days after administration, and 3rd day after drug withdrawal. The serum was separated and used for duck serum spot hybridization. The OD value of hybrid spots was used as the DHBV-DNA level value. At the end of the experiment, the left lobe of fresh liver tissue was taken for light microscopic observation. RESULTS: There were different degrees of inhibition of DHBV-DNA in each dose group of Gantai No. VIII pills, especially in the high-dose group, and there was no hepatotoxicity. Conclusion: The Gantai No. VIII pill has the anti-Duck B virus effect and has a dose-response relationship. The Gantai No.VII pill has no obvious toxic effect on the liver.
