装配式大板建筑是工业化程度较高的建筑形式,从工业化生产和对抗震要求出发,原大板暂行规定(J 78-1)中规定全部横墙应对正贯通的要求限制了居住建筑功能和住宅环境的灵活多样化。本文从震害调查分析论证墙体不对正贯通的可行性,并提出了基本满足综合结构性能的观点来处理不对正贯通墙体的设置的概念。同时提出了估算不对正贯通墙体刚度折减的计算方法及相应的整体构造措施,最后计算出不对正贯通墙体等效刚度折减系数,对设计工作有一定的实际意义。
Prefabricated large-scale buildings are a form of industrialization with a high degree of industrialization. This paper discusses the feasibility of misaligned penetrating walls from the seismic damage investigation and analysis, and puts forward the concept of basically satisfying the performance of comprehensive structures to deal with the concept of setting up incorrectly-connected walls. At the same time, the calculation method for estimating the stiffness reduction of the incorrectly-connected wall is proposed and the corresponding overall construction measures. Finally, the equivalent stiffness reduction factor of the incorrectly-connected wall is calculated, which has certain practical significance for the design work.
