油田采出水在处理过程中的含油污泥外排污染环境的问题 ,一直困绕着各个油田。为此 ,本文在含油污泥组成和粒径分布测定的基础上 ,开发研制了以含油污泥为主要原料、以BJ和SE等为性能添加剂的HB—Ⅱ型含油污泥深部调剖剂。并在现场 1 5井次的应用中 ,形成了与其相配套的施工工艺 ,取得了每施工一口井可增产原油 432t,减少产水 659m3的良好效果。该项技术不仅有效地解决了含油污泥外排造成的环境污染问题 ,也为油田综合治理、降低生产成本提供了一项新的技术措施。
Oilfield production of water in the process of oily sludge discharge outside the environmental pollution problems, has been trapped in various fields. Therefore, based on the determination of the composition and particle size distribution of oily sludge, this paper developed a deep profile control agent for oily sludge with oily sludge as the main raw material and BJ and SE as performance additives. In the application of 15 wells on site, the construction technology was matched with that of the well, and 432 tons of crude oil was produced per well for construction and the yield of 659 m3 of water was reduced. The technology not only effectively solves the environmental pollution caused by the oily sludge efflux but also provides a new technical measure for the comprehensive management of the oilfield and the reduction of the production cost.
