我院与衡阳市机械设备厂合作研制了输液瓶自控冲水器,经两年多制剂生产实际应用。效果满意,现简介如下:一、结构与装置(参看附图)说明:蒸馏水贮水桶与输液瓶自控冲水器高度差≥5米,进水口径φ6毫米,出水口径φ2.5毫米。喷柱高度≥1米。本器系全优质不锈钢制成。采用高位静压装置,将蒸馏水贮水桶(器)置于5米左右高度利用落差压工作,本器置工作台上,接通注射用水,水压一般在0.3~1kg/cm~2即可,当输液瓶倒置于瓶架上,即将活塞压下,注射用水由喷嘴喷出,直至瓶底,活塞是利用水压浮动封闭的,瓶子拿出时,活塞自动顶起喷口闭塞,喷水停止.因喷嘴伸入瓶口内,瓶口不与任何物体接触,冲洗过程中,水流
