作者报道1984～1991年间治疗的38例陈旧性孟氏骨折,其中儿童29例,成人9例。分别采用尺骨额状面截骨延长、上尺桡关节成形和骨间膜重建三种新设计的手术方法治疗,经1～7年随访优良率达82.4％,儿童组优良率为89.7％。同时还讨论了三种手术方法的适应证和手术要点。
The authors reported 38 cases of old Monteggia fractures treated between 1984 and 1991, of which 29 were children and 9 were adults. They were treated by three newly designed operative methods, including extension of ulnar frontal surface osteotomy, upper distal radioulnar joint arthroplasty and interosseous membrane reconstruction. The excellent and good rate was 82.4% after 1 to 7 years follow-up, and the excellent and good rate was 89.7% in children. Also discussed the three surgical methods of indications and surgical points.
