小型压水堆乏燃料贮存在乏燃料水池中,有衰变热需要导出。本文对乏燃料水池的余热导出系统进行了研究。余热导出方案初步确定为以水为冷却剂,在乏池侧设置水—水换热器,将衰变热从乏池传导到换热器中,另在空气侧设置水—空气换热器,将水中的热量传给环境。之后根据计算结果及乏池参数,对换热器进行了优化设计,提出了一种乏燃料水池内为管壳式换热器,换热器管路中加泵,空气侧为自然对流或强制对流冷却的乏燃料水池余热导出方案。
Small pressurized water reactor spent fuel stored in the spent fuel pool, decay heat needs to be derived. In this paper, the system of waste heat removal from spent fuel pool was studied. The solution for the determination of residual heat was initially determined as a water-cooled coolant. A water-water heat exchanger was installed on the pool side to transfer decay heat from the pool to the heat exchanger. A water-air heat exchanger was installed on the air side. The heat in the water is passed to the environment. After that, based on the calculation results and the parameters of the lacking pool, the heat exchanger was optimized. A kind of shell-and-tube heat exchanger in the spent fuel pool was proposed. The pump was added to the heat exchanger pipeline. The air side was natural convection or forced Convection cooling spent fuel pool heat removal scheme.
