生物柴油是柴油机的一种重要的代用燃料,它的热值低于石油柴油。对于相同扭矩的发动机,较低的热值意味着较高的燃油消耗率。然而,燃料能转换成工作能的效率却可以保持不变。在本试验研究中,针对9种特定的发动机运行工况进行了评估。结果表明,在除了高负荷工况之外的所有工况下100%石油柴油和100%生物柴油(棕榈油)的制动燃料转换效率没有差异。有几项参数会对制动燃料转换效率有影响,包括热损失、混合气特性、泵气功、摩擦、燃烧效率以及燃烧定时。本文评估上述参数随所用燃料的改变而发生的一些变化,以及参数的变化对制动燃料转换效率造成的影响。
Biodiesel is an important substitute fuel for diesel engines and its heat value is lower than that of petroleum diesel. For engines with the same torque, a lower calorific value means a higher fuel consumption. However, the efficiency with which fuel can be converted to work can be kept constant. In this pilot study, nine specific engine operating conditions were evaluated. The results show that there is no difference in the braking fuel conversion efficiency of 100% petroleum diesel and 100% biodiesel (palm oil) at all operating conditions except at high load conditions. There are several parameters that can affect the braking fuel conversion efficiency, including heat loss, mixture characteristics, pump work, friction, combustion efficiency, and combustion timing. This article assesses some of the changes in these parameters as a function of the fuel used, as well as the effect of changes in parameters on the fuel conversion efficiency of the brake.
