目的考察卵磷脂与胆盐作为混合表面活性剂制备含胆固醇微乳液的可行性,并对微乳处方进行优化。方法采用混合实验法筛选微乳处方,以表面活性剂、助表面活性剂和油作为自变量,粒径作为因变量,用数学方程和效应曲线表示自变量与因变量的关系,据此优化微乳处方,并对微乳液的物理稳定性初步进行判定。结果优化的微乳平均粒径为19.12 nm,多分散指数(PDI)平均值为0.153,物理稳定性良好。结论卵磷脂与胆盐可作为表面活性剂制备含胆固醇微乳,混合实验法能够客观地优化微乳处方,优化的微乳粒径分布均匀,性质稳定。
Objective To investigate the feasibility of preparing cholesterol-containing microemulsion with lecithin and bile salt as a mixed surfactant, and optimize the microemulsion prescription. Methods Mixed prescription was used to screen the prescription of microemulsion. Surfactant, cosurfactant and oil were used as independent variables and particle size as dependent variable. The relationship between independent variables and dependent variables was expressed by mathematical equation and effect curve. Milk prescription, and preliminary determination of the physical stability of microemulsion. Results The average particle size of optimized microemulsion was 19.12 nm and the average PDI was 0.153. The physical stability was good. Conclusion Lecithin and bile salts can be used as surfactant to prepare cholesterol-containing microemulsion. The mixed experiment method can objectively optimize the formulation of microemulsion, and the optimized microemulsion particle size distribution is uniform and stable in nature.
