国有大中型企业正在转换机制,走向市场。大中型劳服企业应该如何做?作为拥有4.2万名职工、16家工厂、上百家商业服务网点的吉林省最大的劳动就业服务企业——吉化北方化工总公司,在市场不稳,效益滑坡,富余职工和失业人员逐年增多的不利条件下,勇于面对市场,正视困难,实施多元就业工程,使企业经济效益大幅度回升,4.2万名职工无一放假。富余人员全部得到妥善安置。
