我院的診疗对象是鉄路系統的員工。彼此多相識,候診时自然交談多;同时,企业医院看病挂号每日不能实行定額限制;为了配合工作,对远道轉来的同志还要設法使他們馬上能看上病。因此,在我院貫彻执行党的“調整、巩固、充实、提高”的方針,健全和修訂規章制度,提高工作的过程中,根据本院特点,对如何进一步搞好門診工作是有思想顾虑的。通过“假如我是一个病人”的学习討論,大家增强了信心,采取措施,終于在候診秩序及卫生宣传方面取得了一定的成績。
