本文通过Ames试验、小鼠骨髓微核试验及SOS显色反应,研究新疆22种食用野生植物的诱变与抗诱变作用。结果表明:3项试验中的某一项(木孛为二项)显现出诱变作用的有6种(沙枣、无花果、欧荚美、查子、木孛、黑果小檗),其余的16种在3项试验中均未显示出任何诱变作用;22种受试物在3项试验中均程度不同地显示出抗诱变作用,特别是野苹果、阿月浑子、覆盆子、黑桑椹、白桑椹、野杏、喀什小檗、黑果木旬子、野蔷薇等野果所显现出的抗诱变作用最强。此项研究为进一步研究和开发利用新疆这些宝贵野生植物提供了科学依据。
In this paper, through the Ames test, mouse bone marrow micronucleus test and SOS color reaction, the mutagenesis and anti-mutagenic effects of 22 edible wild plants in Xinjiang were studied. The results showed that there were 6 kinds of indica (figs, figs, Euphorbia pulcherrima, Chagoys, Albizia, Berry ), And the other 16 species did not show any mutagenic effect in all three experiments. Twenty-two of the 22 tested species showed anti-mutagenic effects to varying degrees in all three experiments, especially wild apple, pistachio , Raspberry, black mulberry, white mulberry, wild apricot, Kashi berry, black pomegranate, wild rose and other wild fruits showed the strongest anti-mutagenic effect. This study provides a scientific basis for further research and development and utilization of these precious wild plants in Xinjiang.
