随着新课改的不断深入和延展,小学语文教学取得了相当可观的成效,“增效减负”成为小学语文教师热切追求的焦点。但是,虽然小学教育进入了一个新的时期,但是传统应试教育的弊端并没有完全瓦解,给小学语文教学带来一定的消极影响。本文概述了“增效减负”的基本概念,分析了新时期小学语文课堂教学面临的困境,重点探析小学语文课堂教学实现“增效减负”的方略,以此展现“增效减负”的思想,成功实现课堂教学的目标。
With the continuous deepening and extension of the new curriculum reform, Chinese teaching in primary schools has made considerable achievements. “Efficiency gains and losses” have become the focus of the primary language teachers’ fervent pursuit.
