目的:建立起食品中安赛蜜、苯甲酸、山梨酸、糖精钠、脱氢乙酸的检测方法。方法:不同种类的食品经前处理后,加入适量0.02mol/L氢氧化钠超声提取防腐剂、甜味剂,用10%乙酸铅,10%硫酸钠沉淀大分子物质,最后用0.02mol/L氢氧化钠溶液定容,取上清液,过0.22μm水系滤膜,进高效液相色谱分析。结果:安赛蜜、苯甲酸、山梨酸、糖精钠、脱氢乙酸在10.0mg/L-100.0mg/L范围内线性良好,相关系数在0.999以上,方法加标回收率均在95%-105%,相对标准偏差RSD值在1.56%-3.21%。结论:该方法操作简单,干扰小,结果精密度良好,准确度可靠,适用于各类食品中安赛蜜、苯甲酸、山梨酸、糖精钠、脱氢乙酸的测定。
Objective: To establish a detection method of acesulfame potassium, benzoic acid, sorbic acid, sodium saccharin and dehydroacetic acid in food. Methods: Pretreatment of different kinds of foodstuffs, adding appropriate amount of 0.02mol / L sodium hydroxide, ultrasonic extraction of preservatives, sweeteners, precipitation of macromolecules with 10% lead acetate, 10% sodium sulfate, and finally with 0.02mol / L Sodium hydroxide solution volume, the supernatant, over 0.22μm aqueous filter, into the high performance liquid chromatography. Results: Acesulfame, benzoic acid, sorbic acid, sodium saccharin, and dehydroacetic acid showed a good linearity in the range of 10.0 mg / L to 100.0 mg / L with a correlation coefficient above 0.999. The recovery rates of the methods were 95% -105 %, RSD of relative standard deviation was 1.56% -3.21%. Conclusion: The method is simple, less interference, the results of good precision, accuracy and reliable, suitable for all kinds of food Acesulfame, benzoic acid, sorbic acid, sodium saccharin, dehydroacetic acid determination.
