为解决传统曳引式电梯输出功率偏大的问题,采用在原有电梯结构基础上增加独立的平衡配重系统及利用势能发电的方法进行了电梯的节能设计。依据力矩平衡原理,采用称重传感技术对负载变化进行实时监控,完成电梯的智能配重,减小电梯曳引机所受的阻力矩;采用自发电技术,将处于高位的平衡配重势能转化成电能,有助于能量的回收利用。利用平衡配重系统对势能进行存储、释放及回收,达到有效的节能和延长曳引机使用寿命的效果。
