本文总结分析了我国铁道车辆振动性能评定方法,指出了“平均最大加速度”评定法与其它评定法有着一定的统计关系、是一种能定量评定车辆最大振动的简单而可行的方法,并以此为基础提出了自动数据处理方法,研究应用电子计算机数据处理系统来自动处理车辆动力学试验数据。本文介绍了四方所车载电子计算机自动数据处理系统及其试验,结果表明,自动数据处理结果与人工整理结果具有良好的一致性,证明了自动数据处理的可信度。文章指出,进一步研究应用“功率谱”评定法等的自动数据处理,应是今后的方向。
This paper summarizes the method of evaluating the vibration performance of railway vehicles in China, and points out that the method of “average maximum acceleration” has certain statistical relationship with other assessment methods and is a simple and feasible method for quantitatively evaluating the maximum vibration of vehicles. Based on this, Based on the proposed automatic data processing methods, the application of electronic computer data processing system to automatically process vehicle dynamics test data. This paper introduces the automatic data processing system and its test carried by Sifang vehicle electronic computer. The results show that the automatic data processing result is in good agreement with the manual tidying result, which proves the credibility of automatic data processing. The article pointed out that the further study of the application of “power spectrum” method of automatic data processing should be the future direction.
