我市有幼儿保教人员2500多人,其中教师1200多人。在这些幼儿教师中,幼师毕业的只占13%,其余大多是顶职或招工进来的初高中毕业生,或者是从小学调到幼儿园来任教的。他们工作热情很高,但缺乏专业知识和实践经验,工作中困难较大,影响了幼教质量。我们针对这一情况,采取了多种措施,以提高幼教师资水平。(一)举办各种类型的短期培训班:①教师培训班。一般学习15—20天,内容为教育方针、幼儿园的工作任务、幼儿年龄特点、卫生保健、游戏、一日活动的领导,以及各科教学法。方法是学习基础理论知识、听经验介绍、参观幼儿园,最后进行成绩考核,巩固所学知识。②园主任培训班。着重学习管理幼儿园的知识。③会同卫生局等单位举办幼儿园炊事
