外来工子弟学习的积极性不高,没有良好的学习习惯。从市区一所重点学校被调到一所城郊结合点以外来工子弟为主的学校两年后,以“组间同质、组内异质”为原则分组,以小组的表现、完成任务情况以及成绩为奖励依据,以促进小组成员互助合作,达到共同学习目标为目的的学习方式;通过实验,培养学生的合作技能、调动学生学习积极性,从而提高学生的学习成绩。
