浑河原为沈阳南部的一条河流,随着经济的发展,市区扩展迅速,按沈阳市的规划,浑河以南地区不久将发展成为有30万人口的新区。因此,需在浑河南岸修建堤防,以保护浑南新区不受洪水的危害。但南堤的修建是否会对北岸大堤的防洪安全造成威胁成为防洪规划决策中一个亟待回答的问题。本文采用二维非恒定流不规则网格模型,用1995年实际发生的洪水进行了验证,并对规划方案进行了模拟计算,根据计算结果论证了规划方案的合理性。
Luohe is a river in the south of Shenyang. With the development of economy, the urban area expands rapidly. According to the plan of Shenyang City, the area south of the Weihe River will soon develop into a new area with a population of 300,000. Therefore, it is necessary to build embankments on the south bank of the Min River to protect the new district in southern Fujian from flood damage. However, whether the construction of the South Bank will threaten the flood protection of the embankments on the North Bank has become an urgent issue to be solved in flood control planning decisions. In this paper, a two-dimensional unsteady flow irregular mesh model is used to verify the actual flood occurred in 1995. The planning scheme is simulated, and the rationality of the planning scheme is demonstrated based on the calculation results.
