1979～1981年调查,贵州省沿河县地方性甲状腺肿患病率18.14％,从1983年开始,连续五年,用1/5万碘盐防治后,患病率下降到0.86％,智商从79～89上升到100～119,减少群众1200多万元的经济损失,其效果十分显著。 一、材料与方法 调查方法,按中央《地方性甲状腺肿防治工作标准(试行)》;碘盐防治用四川省自贡市邓关盐厂生产的1/5万碘盐;考核验收按照《贵州省地甲病考核验收办法》;经济效益来自社会调查。 二、结果分析
From 1979 to 1981, the prevalence of endemic goiter in Yanhe County of Guizhou Province was 18.14%. Since 1983, the prevalence dropped to 0.86% for five consecutive years with 1/50000 iodized salt. The IQ 79 ~ 89 rose to 100 ~ 119, reducing the masses of more than 12000000 yuan in economic losses, the effect is very significant.
