对于党委督查系统来说,每年第三、四季度（九、十月份）往往是最繁忙、最紧张的时期,也是督查工作最容易出成绩、最有可能获得大面积丰收的时期。于是,很多同志把这一特殊的时间段称为督查工作的“收获期”。督查工作在“收获期”怎样才能取得最大收获?这是一个值得各级督查部门认真实践和探索的新问题。
For the party committees and supervisory systems, the third and fourth quarters of each year (September and October) tend to be the busiest and most intimidating period. They are also the most likely outcome of inspections and the most likely period of large-scale bumper harvest. As a result, many comrades called this special time period the “harvest period” of inspection work. How can the supervisory work at the “harvesting stage” make the most of the gains? This is a new issue worthy of careful examination and exploration by all levels of supervisory departments.
