以印染污泥和木屑为混合原料,以NaOH为活化剂,通过化学活化法制备活性炭。对活化温度、活化时间和活化剂与基质混合比3个因素进行了研究,并采用中心组合设计(central composite design,CCD),建立了相应的二次方程。从响应曲面的方差分析中确立了对响应值影响最显著的因素依次为:活化温度、NaOH基质比和升温速率。其最佳工艺参数分别为:活化温度739℃,升温速率6.59℃/min,NaOH基质比为2.51。在最佳条件下制得碘吸附值为1 518.89 mg/g,BET比表面积为1 617.70 m2/g的活性炭。
The printing and dyeing sludge and sawdust are mixed raw materials, and NaOH is used as an activator to prepare activated carbon through a chemical activation method. The factors of activation temperature, activation time and mixture ratio of activator and substrate were studied, and the corresponding quadratic equation was established by central composite design (CCD). From the analysis of variance of response surface, the most significant factors affecting the response were established as activation temperature, NaOH matrix ratio and heating rate. The optimum technological parameters were as follows: activation temperature 739 ℃, heating rate 6.59 ℃ / min, NaOH matrix ratio 2.51. Under the optimal conditions, activated carbon with iodine adsorption value of 1 518.89 mg / g and BET specific surface area of 1 617.70 m2 / g was prepared.
