本文对65例胆红素钙结石患者胆汁及胆囊粘膜进行细菌培养,观察细菌产生β-葡萄糖醛酸酶的能力及各菌β-葡萄糖醛酸酶最适反应pH值。首次提出不同部位胆红素钙结石均有较高的需氧菌和厌氧菌检出率,所有胆道分离菌的绝大部份(98%)菌株均能产生β-葡萄糖醛酸酶的观点。
In this paper, 65 cases of bile calcium gallstone patients gallbladder and gallbladder mucosa bacterial culture to observe the ability of bacteria to produce β-glucuronidase and the bacteria β-glucuronidase optimum pH value. For the first time, different parts of bilirubin calcium stones have higher detection rate of aerobic and anaerobic bacteria, most of all biliary isolates (98%) strains can produce β-glucuronidase point of view .
