针对供水管网系统爆管监控问题,利用某水厂数据采集与监视控制系统(SCADA)监测到的压力波动,分析了管网压力波动环境背景噪声,确定了管网压力波动的拐点。采用该水厂的水力模型模拟爆管对管网的水力冲击,并根据压力异常波动的拐点确定了该水司供水管网系统爆管可监控最小管径在DN600左右,对于大于该管径范围的管道爆管,能够利用爆管监控的压力波动方法进行实时监控。
Aiming at the problem of pipe burst monitoring in water supply pipe network system, the pressure fluctuation monitored by SCADA was analyzed. The background noise of pipe network pressure fluctuation was analyzed and the inflection point of pipe network pressure fluctuation was determined. The hydraulic model of the water plant is used to simulate the hydraulic impact of the squib on the pipe network. According to the inflection point of the abnormal pressure fluctuation, the pipe diameter of the water pipe network system can be monitored at a minimum pipe diameter of about DN600. For the pipe diameter larger than the pipe diameter range Of the pipe burst, can use the squib monitoring of pressure fluctuations in real-time monitoring methods.
