二十世纪以来,随着工业生产和科学技术的发展,机械设备的可靠性、可用性、可维修性与安全性的问题日益突出,从而促进了人们对机械设备故障机理及诊断技术的研究。汽轮发电机组是电力生产的重要设备,由于其设备结构的复杂性和运行环境的特殊性,汽轮发电机组的故障率不低,而且故障危害性也很大。因此,汽轮发电机组的故障诊断一直是故障诊断技术应用的一个重要方面。本文回顾国内外汽轮机故障诊断的发展概况,并在总结目前研究状况的基础上,指出了在汽轮机故障诊断研究中存在的问题,提出了今后在这一领域的研究方向。
Since the twentieth century, with the development of industrial production and science and technology, the reliability, usability, maintainability and safety of mechanical equipment have become increasingly prominent, which has promoted the research on the failure mechanism and diagnosis technology of mechanical equipment. Turbine generator set is an important equipment for power generation. Due to the complexity of its equipment structure and the special environment of its operation, the failure rate of steam turbine generator is not low, and the danger of failure is also great. Therefore, the fault diagnosis of steam turbine generator has been an important aspect of the application of fault diagnosis technology. This paper reviews the general situation of steam turbine fault diagnosis at home and abroad. Based on the current research situation, the problems existing in the research of steam turbine fault diagnosis are pointed out, and the research direction in this field is proposed.
