在人与猪精液抑制素免疫交叉反应的研究中,应用本室建立的猪精液抑制素放射免疫分析测试二种人精液抑制素制剂(hP2和hPx,前者为粗提物经凝胶过滤的产物,后者为hP2通过CM-c层析的纯化物)的反应性。结果表明, hP2及hPx都能部分地抑制标记pUⅡ与抗pUⅡ血清结合,证实人与猪精液抑制素之间的不完全交叉反应。这就有可能考虑应用猪精液抑制素的放射免疫分析试剂盒测定人生物样品抑制素的含量。
In human and swine seminal immunosuppressive cross-reactivity study, the application of porcine seminal inhibin radioimmunoassay developed two kinds of human sperm inhibin preparations (hP2 and hPx, the former crude extract gel filtration products , Which is the reactivity of hP2 purified by CM-c chromatography). The results showed that both hP2 and hPx could partially inhibit the binding of labeled pUⅡ to anti-pUⅡ serum and confirmed incomplete cross-reaction between human and swine seminal inhibin. This makes it possible to determine the content of the human biological sample inhibin using a radioimmunoassay kit with porcine seminal inhibin.
