截止93年底,泰兴市推行股份合作制的乡镇企业共524个,占企业总数的36.8％,集股金11924万元。邗江县对全县960个乡村工业企业,根据其具体情况,采取不同的办法,对企业机制进行改革,即采取①公私合营;②拍卖;③租赁、保持集体性质风险抵押;④兼并,打破所有制界限;⑤完善硬包,达到50％的面;⑥有60多个乡镇企业试行股份合作制。江宁县共有乡镇企业2063家,1993年有226家乡镇企业试行了股份合作制,占企业总数的10.9％,股金总额16315万元。
