在眼耳鼻喉科临床工作中,额镜是不可缺少的检查或治疗工具,伹目前使用的额镜需要固定的光源或电源,依靠凹镜的反光观察,必须将镜片调到一定位置,检查者才能看清被检部位。使用时常常受到环境和条件的限制,初学者也不易掌握。笔者通过实践,设计制作一种交直流电聚光头灯(见附图),即在万向关节上接一根“L”形金属管,金属管远端装一普通小灯泡,附加一个调节焦距的聚光筒,电线自金属管内通过与灯泡接触,根据需要,灯泡可以随时变换。用直流电时,以0.3 A、3.8V的普通小灯泡作光源,3节1.5V的干电池作电源,将插头接上电池盒即可;用交流电时,以0.3 A,6.3V的普通小灯泡作光源,将插头与变压器输出线接头相接,适当调节灯光即可进行检查。其反光焦点之光斑直径在25~40cm、距离间为2 cm。通过临床应用,认为这种聚光头灯结
