我厂计量室去年下半年自制了一种结构简单精度较高的检定直角尺的标准体(图1),具有不易变型、检定方便的优点。四边的平面性和角度都不大于1微米。检定角尺时,将标准体1放在平板2上,用两个精度较高的千分表3分别安装在标准体的孔上,以螺丝5固定,将任意量块的工作面贴在标准体工作面上,并压缩表的测头,调整千分表的示值为零,待两千分表示值都调整好后,就可以进行直角尺的检定。从上下两千分表的示值就能确定被检角尺4(外角)或6(内角)的误差大小。标准体中间的一个孔是在检定小角尺时安装千分尺用的。标准体为长方形,在它的一个长边上有三条2毫米宽的梯形筋条,供作光隙法检定之用。
