Elderly friends learn from the younger generation the following things to increase their vitality and enrich their later life. Do not be afraid to change. A Stanford study shows that positive emotions can determine life expectancy even better. If you still have the passion and courage after the age of 50, you can not only control your own health and life, but also continue to exert the heat and value after retirement. 2. Be creative. A Danish survey shows that creative people tend to live longer. Innovation For the elderly, it is more important to show that tolerance for new things is willing to accept new knowledge and equipment, even if it is a new food or exercise. 3. Focus on self. Dr. Eli Finkel, a professor of social psychology in the United States, pointed out that if older people pay more attention to their own inner needs after retirement, they are willing to go out of their homes, travel, work again and make friends so as to gain more fun and vitality.
