军队施工单位战略管理是指在市场经济条件下军队施工单位对本单位生产经营活动所进行的全局性和长远性决策与实施的过程。它具有全局性、长远性、纲领性、竞争性、群众性和社会性等特征。战略管理是军队施工单位提高经济效益的重要保证。实行军队施工单位战略管理应把握战略设计、战略实施、单位经济行为三个工作层次。
The strategic management of the army construction units refers to the process of overall and long-term decision-making and implementation conducted by the army construction units on the production and business activities of the units under market economy conditions. It has the characteristics of overallness, long-term, programmatic, competitive, mass and social. Strategic management is an important guarantee for improving the economic efficiency of military construction units. The implementation of the strategic management of the army construction unit should grasp the strategic design, strategic implementation, and economic activities of the unit at three levels.
