为配合大口径排水管的试制,我厂设计并制造了一台简易式可变径双层钢筋骨架绑扎机。这种绑扎机的内外层成形架,由刚性较好、重量较轻的钢管制成,结构简单、轻便。可用于制作φ1000~1600等不同口径的混凝土排水管钢筋骨架。骨架的制作方法简便,生产效率高,劳动强度低。现将操作方法简述如下: 首先制作内层骨架;然后用螺栓螺母把外层成形架连接于内层成形架上,再制作外层钢筋骨架;最后连接内外层钢筋骨架,使之成为双层骨架。全部完成后,先脱开外层成形架,再放松变径调节螺母,双层钢筋即可取下。此机采用3千瓦电机作为原动件,通过减速箱和链传动装置带动主轴使成形架转动,因而更减轻了劳动强度。
In order to cooperate with the trial production of large-diameter drain pipes, our factory designed and manufactured a simple variable-diameter double-layer steel frame binding machine. The inner and outer forming racks of the binding machine are made of steel tubes with good rigidity and light weight, and the structure is simple and light. Can be used to make φ1000 ~ 1600 and other different diameters of concrete drainage pipe reinforced skeleton. The manufacturing method of the skeleton is simple, the production efficiency is high, and the labor intensity is low. The operation method is briefly described as follows: First, the inner skeleton is made; then, the outer forming frame is connected to the inner forming frame by using bolts and nuts, and then the outer reinforcing frame is produced; finally, the inner and outer reinforcing bar skeletons are connected to make it double skeleton. After completion, first remove the outer forming frame, loosen the adjusting nut, and remove the double-layer reinforcement. This machine uses a 3-kilowatt motor as the primary mover, driving the spindle through the reducer and chain drive to rotate the forming frame, thus reducing labor intensity.
