[目的]了解福州市无偿献血人群HIV感染状况,探讨积极有效的管理办法,为保障临床供血安全提供依据。[方法]对2006~2010年参加无偿献血人员中HIV感染者检出情况进行分析。[结果]2006~2010年,合计检测370 220人,检出HIV抗体阳性者31例,感染率为8.37/10万。2006~2010年分别检出HIV抗体阳性者2、5、2、4和18例;其中男性29例,女性2例;18~35岁例;无业者11例,干部职员6例,农民工4例,学生3例,服务员3例,医务人员1,不详3例;流动人员占64.52%;性传播占87.10%。[结论]福州市无偿献血人群中HIV抗体阳性者呈上升趋势,学生、干部和多次献血者中均检出感染者。
[Objective] To understand the status of HIV infection in blood donors in Fuzhou and discuss the active and effective management measures to provide basis for ensuring the safety of clinical blood supply. [Methods] The detection of HIV-infected persons participating in voluntary blood donation from 2006 to 2010 was analyzed. [Results] From 2006 to 2010, a total of 370 220 people were detected, of which 31 were HIV positive and the infection rate was 8.37 / 100,000. HIV positive were detected in 2, 5, 2, 4 and 18 cases from 2006 to 2010, including 29 males and 2 females, 18 to 35 years old, 11 unemployed persons, 6 cadres and 6 migrant workers Cases, 3 cases of students, attendants in 3 cases, medical staff 1, unknown in 3 cases; floating personnel accounted for 64.52%; sexual transmission accounted for 87.10%. [Conclusion] The number of HIV antibody positive persons in unpaid blood donation groups in Fuzhou City is on the rise. Among the students, cadres and blood donors, those infected are detected.
