我县每年一次的从业人员健康体检粪便检测标本中,经常发现有符合沙门菌、志贺菌三糖铁反应的可疑菌落与沙门、志贺菌诊断血清发生凝集,而系统生化鉴定又不符合的交叉凝集现象。因为工作量大,血清凝集很费时间,我们采用可疑菌落-三糖铁-多价血清凝集-系统生化-血清分型的操作流程。一经多价血清凝集先做系统生化,生化确证后再血清分型。在检测中我们发现有64株与沙门菌、志贺菌多价血清凝集的菌株,经系统生化鉴定,血清学分型,与
