随着暑期的到来,部分家长和孩子开始了他们期待已久的暑期之旅,而火车是大家出行最常用的交通工具。乘坐火车是一件比较辛苦的事,很多人要在火车上度过漫长的时间。因此,火车上的饮食就变得尤为重要了。说到为火车上的食品做准备,人们一般想到的多是方便面、火腿肠、榨菜等等。这些食品虽吃着方便,但既缺少营养,又容易引起不适。再加上火车上条件有限,饮食不规律是一个不可回避
