农村初中的生源主要来自于附近的一些农村。从小受周围特定环境与家庭教育的影响,学生的学习目标、学习习惯、学习方法、学习积极性都有一定的差距。初中物理是学生的启蒙课程,也是一门以实验为主的课程。作为物理老师我们应当有这样一个强烈的使命感:它应当成为学生最喜欢的一门课程。学生的个体差异性决定了物理教学必须有针对性。针对性最主要的教育措施就是实施分层教学。分层教学就是在教学的各个环节根据不同层次的学生
Rural junior high school students mainly come from some nearby villages.
