为改进农机耙片的材质和工艺 ,研制开发了 1种新型 Mo- Nb贝氏体钢 ,它采用液态挤压铸造使耙片一次成形 ,以代替原 65 Mn钢和传统生产工艺。新型 Mo- Mb贝氏体钢是通过合金化和控制冷却速度的方法 ,不需热处理而在铸态下直接得到贝氏体组织和所需性能。研究结果表明 ,新型 Mo- Nb贝氏体钢的耐磨性明显优于热处理后的 65 Mn钢。
In order to improve the material and technology of agricultural harrow blades, a new type of Mo-Nb bainite steel has been developed, which uses liquid squeeze casting to form harrow blades once instead of the original 65 Mn steel and the traditional production process. The new Mo-Mb bainitic steels are obtained by alloying and controlling the cooling rate without the need of heat treatment to obtain the bainitic structure and the desired properties directly in the as-cast state. The results show that the wear resistance of the new Mo-Nb bainitic steel is obviously better than that of the heat-treated 65 Mn steel.
