地处山东省青岛市城阳区东部的惜福镇街道,近几年来,从维护社会稳定大局出发,按照“以预防为主、帮教结合、标本兼治、重在治本”的方针,不断强化安置帮教措施,加强对刑释解教人员的教育管理,促进了社会的稳定,为改革开放和经济发展提供了良好环境。截至目前,全街道共有属3年内帮教对象的刑释解教人员28名,全部予以妥善安置,落实帮教。其中,8人安置在村办企业,6人领取了营业执照从事个体工商业,在外资企业工作3名,私营企业11名,安置帮教率达100％,安置帮教工作走在全区的前列。因工作成绩突出,2000年,市司法局专门在该街道召开了全市安置帮教现场会。这些成绩都渗透着该街道分管政法副书记刘志温同志的智慧、心血和汗水,包含着他的执著、真诚和苦心。 It is located in the Xifu Town Street in the east of Chengyang District, Qingdao City, Shandong Province.
