目的 :探讨在健康体检中,高频超声在甲状腺结节的筛选情况及价值。方法 :我科室2015年1月-2016年6月共对4547名受检者进行甲状腺健康体检,采用高频超声对甲状腺进行多切面扫查,观察甲状腺回声、形态、血流情况,了解是否存在结节,并观察结节的形态、边界、部位以及大小等。针对可疑病例建立健康档案,并给予相应的建议。结果 :发现216名甲状腺结节患者,检出率为4.75%;91例为单发甲状腺结节,125例为多发性甲状腺结节(2个或以上);91个为混合回声结节,8个为高回声结节,83个为等回声结节,34个为囊性结节;1例可能为恶性结节,27例良性结节,均经手术病理结果证实。结论 :在甲状腺结节筛查中,高频超声具有较高的应用价值,值得推广。
Objective: To investigate the screening status and value of high frequency ultrasound in thyroid nodules in healthy physical examination. Methods: A total of 4547 subjects underwent thyroid health examination from January 2015 to June 2016 in our department. The thyroid was examined by multi-slice scanning with high-frequency ultrasound to observe the thyroid echo, morphology and blood flow, Nodules, and observe the nodules morphology, boundaries, location and size. Establish health records for suspicious cases and give corresponding suggestions. RESULTS: A total of 216 thyroid nodules were detected in 4.75% of the patients, 91 cases of single thyroid nodules, 125 cases of multiple thyroid nodules (2 or more), 91 of mixed echogenic nodules, 8 One is hyperechoic nodules, the other 83 are echogenic nodules and 34 are cystic nodules. One case may be malignant nodules and 27 cases benign nodules, all of which are confirmed by pathological results. Conclusion: In thyroid nodules screening, high-frequency ultrasound has a high value, it is worth promoting.
