从可持续发展的观点出发，利用塔河林业局１９８９年和１９９８年两次森林资源二类调 查材料，总结和分析了该林业局９年间森林资源变化趋势以及森林资源可持续发展中存在 的问题，提出了该林业局森林资源可持续发展的途径。
